I know I would without even thinking twice. Because in business, time is something you can't get back.

Over the years, I’ve learned something super powerful.

If a tool can save me time and help me get better results than doing it on my own, I’m all in. No hesitation whatsoever.

Here is the truth, there are tons of tools out there, but not all of them move the needle in your business.

The ones I’m about to share with you? They are great.

These tools are designed to make create your videos easier, faster, and more effective.

But you’ve got to take that first step.

1. TubeBuddy

TubeBuddy has been a part of my online marketing tool arsenal for years.

It’s a browser extension built specifically to optimize your YouTube channel.

I personally love the find and replace tool. Think about it for a second… what if you have a ton of videos with an outdated link in the description?

Instead of editing them one by one (Which would be insanely tedious) TubeBuddy does it for you in seconds rather than hours. By far, that is my favorite feature.

However… It also helps you find searchable keywords, test different thumbnails, and track your channel and video analytics.

It’s for sure a solid tool if you’re serious about growing your YouTube channel specifically.

2. Descript

Descript is, without question, my favorite video editing tool and I have used a lot of them. I use it pretty much daily. My daughter edits most of my videos for me and she loves it as well.

You simply drag your video in, and it transcribes everything. From there, you edit the text like a document, and boom…. the video updates automatically. It’s wild awesome it actually works.

It also lets you create short clips, add captions, remove filler words, and trim long pauses.

It’s loaded with a ton of great AI features. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I highly recommend it.

3. Canva

You’ve probably heard of Canva, but if you’re not using it daily, you’re really missing out. This tool is a lifesaver for those of us designed challenge people (like me…lol)

I use the Pro version, which costs about $120 a year. Worth every penny in my opinion. We use it every day in my business for thumbnails, social media posts, you name it, it probably does it.

Canva now has AI features too, which make creating pro-level graphics even easier. It’s fast, easy, and powerful and one of my must have tools.

4. VidIQ

VidIQ is another YouTube specific tool, very similar to TubeBuddy, but I’ll be honest… if I had to pick just one, I’d go with VidIQ as I think its better.

It scores your video titles, suggests five new ones, and helps you write optimized descriptions and tags. It even audits your past videos and shows you how to improve them.

And yes, you can always go back and change things—titles, thumbnails, tags—everything except the video itself. VidIQ gives you the tools to improve your content long after it’s been uploaded.

5. ChatGPT

If you’re not using ChatGPT yet, where have you been? lol

This tool is like a personal brainstorming assistant that never sleeps and always has a great answer.

I use it pretty much daily to plan my video content, outline scripts, and come up with fresh ideas when my brain just ain't giving them to me.

It’s learned my brand voice and made my workflow smoother and more creative because of how long I have been using it.

There are other AI tools out there… But I stick with ChatGPT because it just works for me. The Plus plan is only $20 a month, and it’s worth every cent in my opinion and you should upgrade.

Look… I don’t just talk about these tools, I use them. I pay for every single one because they give me real value. They help me create more, do it faster, and get better results.
